What does the process state RWCSV mean?
RWCSV = Resource Wait Cluster SerVer Process
A process is placed in the transient RWCSV state when it requests a service that requires a transfer of information between the cluster server processes on two different nodes and the limit to the number of outstanding requests has been reached. The process resumes normal activity once existing requests are completed.
